This invention relates to the preparation of veterinary anthelmintic formulations including triclabendazole in solution, particularly for the treatment of parasitic infections such as fasciolisis, and particularly for administration to an animal in the form of a pour-on. The solutions may include triclabendazole dissolved in a solvent system including at least one solvent selected from 2-pyrrolidone and liquid polyethylene glycol. Additional solvents may also be included. The present invention is advantageous as triclabendazole can be included in solution up to a concentration of about 60% w/v allowing for an effective dose to be delivered to the animal in a volume of 25 ml or less.본 발명은 특히 간질증과 같은 기생충 질환의 치료를 위한 것이며, 특히 푸어온 형태로 동물에 투여하는, 용액 내 트리클라벤다졸을 포함하는 수의학적 구충 제형의 제조에 관한 것이다. 상기 용액은 2-피롤리돈 및 액상 폴리에틸렌 글리콜로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 용매를 포함하는 용매계에 용해되는 트리클라벤다졸을 포함한다. 추가 용매가 더 포함될 수 있다. 본 발명은 트리클라벤다졸이 용액 내 약 60 % w/v 의 농도까지 포함되어 25 ml 이하의 부피로 유효 용량을 동물에 전달할 수 있다는 점에서 유리하다.
