PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a straw compression binding device preventing deformation and enabling uniform compression. SOLUTION: The straw compression binding device includes: a primary compression means vertically compressing predetermined amount of straw; a secondary compression means laterally compressing the straw compressed by the primary compression means to obtain rectangular parallelepiped-shaped compression straw; a binding means tying the compression straw compressed to have a rectangular parallelepiped shape by the secondary compression means with a string along the longitudinal direction to bind the straw; and a discharge means discharging the compression straw bound by the binding means.
