Cosmetic and/or dermatological product comprises 0.5-10 wt.%, preferably from 1-7 wt.% of optionally saturated, linear or branched 6-30C (preferably 6-24C) fatty acids; 3-15 wt.%, preferably 5-10 wt.% of optionally saturated, linear or branched 6-30C-fatty alcohols; 0.5-10 wt.%, preferably 1-5 wt.% of one or more phytosterols; 0.1-10 wt.%, preferably 0.5-5 wt.% of one or more terpenes different from squalene; 1-15 wt.%, preferably 3-10 wt.% of squalene; and 50-90 wt.%, preferably 55-88 wt.% of triglycerides. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for preparing the cosmetic and/or dermatological product from cork and at least a portion of a tree providing the cork comprising leaves, flowers (both preferred), roots and/or buds, comprising (a) contacting the cork with supercritical carbon dioxide at a temperature of 10-120[deg] C and a pressure of 1-60 MPa (10-600 bar), optionally in the presence of a cosolvent, (b) recovering the cork extract pulled by supercritical carbon dioxide, in the form of a mixture of aqueous and fatty phases, (c) separating the fatty phase from cork extract of the aqueous phase, (d) mixing the fatty phase of the cork extract or part of the tree providing the reduced cork(s) powder and one or more natural fats at a temperature above the melting temperature of the fatty phase or natural fats under free or substantially free of oxygen atmosphere, (e) heating the mixture at a temperature of 100-140[deg] C, preferably 110-130[deg] C, for a period of less than 20 minutes, preferably less than 15 minutes under free or substantially free of oxygen atmosphere, (f) carrying out a microdispersion of the fatty phase of cork extract or part of the tree providing the reduced cork(s) powder in natural fats at a temperature above the melting temperature of the fatty phase or the natural fats under the free or substantially free of oxygen atmosphere, and (g) optionally repeating the steps (e) and (f); and (2) a composition comprising, in a medium,
