The filtration device of the invention include: a first carrier and at least one filtration film. The first carrier has a first penetrating hole. The at least one filtration film is disposed on the corresponding location of the first penetrating hole. The filtration film has a plurality of filtration holes, a first surface and a second surface. The first surface has a plurality of cambered surfaces, and the filtration holes are disposed between the cambered surfaces. The second surface corresponds to the first surface, and has a plurality of hollows, and the hollows are corresponding to the filtration holes. The filtration device of the invention can gain the separation blood serum fast, and can decrease the sample quantity and decrease the device cost.
