PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a respiratory disease model involved with cysLT2 receptor, specifically, a respiratory disease model involved with both of a cysLT1 receptor and a cysLT2 receptor. ! SOLUTION: A guinea pig which may be antigen-sensitized preliminarily, developing respiratory disease involved with a cysLT2 receptor by being pretreated with a substrate competition inhibitor of 纬-glutamyltranspeptidase and then being administered with leukotriene C4 or an antigen, is provided. There is provided a respiratory disease model of a guinea pig capable of evaluating the in-vivo medicinal effect of a cysLT2 receptor antagonist or a cysLT1/LT2 receptor dual antagonist, which are considered to be very useful for treating respiratory disease involved with a cysLT2 receptor (for example, asthma or allergic rhinitis), and the model is useful for medical effect evaluation for creating a new drug medicine. !
