PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope configured so that a moving lens can be easily and accurately moved to a position desired by an observer with a simple structure without enlarging the diameter of the distal end of an insertion part.SOLUTION: The endoscope is provided with a first lens 8A, a second lens 8B, a first moving lens frame 180A for holding the first moving lens 8A, a second moving lens frame 180B for holding the second moving lens 8B, and moving members 29 and 30 for moving the first moving lens frame 180A and the second moving lens frame 180B in an optical axis direction K by a plurality of different operations. The moving members 29 and 30 move the first moving lens frame 180A within a first moving range L1 by a first operation, and move the second moving lens frame 180B within a second moving range L2 by a second operation.
