A coated metal plate according to the present invention includes a metal plate and a coating layer that covers the metal plate and that contains a pyrithione compound and does not contain a resin paint. The pyrithione compound is preferably in the range of 0.5 to 15 mass% with respect to the entire coating layer. The pyrithione compound preferably contains a pyrithione metal salt.
