To provide a freezing machine capable of properly controlling a freezing temperature and a freeze soaking time of food by rapid and uniform freezing so as to continuously freeze the food in a short time, and also freezing the food at such a very high speed that the frozen food maintains and never decreases in quality, freshness and taste after being unfrozen.SOLUTION: A freezing machine comprises: an antifreeze liquid tank 11 in which freezing object mounting means 13 is built and which is filled with an antifreeze liquid 12； a metallic cooling coil pipe 14 which is arranged outside the freezing object mounting means along inner wall faces of opposite side walls of the antifreeze liquid tank； and liquid injection type stirring means 15 which is provided with nozzles 16a, 16b injecting liquid upward from a bottom face 11e of the antifreeze liquid tank.
