PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food freezing device suppressing the occurrence of drips when thawing foods, and highly retaining the quality of foods.SOLUTION: A food freezing device 1 includes: a freezing tank 2 stored with an antifreeze fluid B in the inside a cooling coil 20 provided inside the freezing tank 2 for cooling the antifreeze fluid B a holding base 3 soaking while holding a food F in the antifreeze fluid B cooled by the cooling coil 20 and an ultrasonic vibrator 7 for transmitting ultrasonic vibration through the antifreeze fluid B to the food F provided in the freezing tank 2 and held by the holding base 3.
