PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing edible oils and fats, in which the edible oils and fats, which suppress the generation of return odor when stored at low temperature and which hardly deteriorate flavor, can be produced inexpensively, easily and simply without using a special additive or a special production unit.SOLUTION: The method for producing edible oils and fats comprises any one of the following steps.
