PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertebra stimulating health instrument used for relieving syndromes such as the pain, oppressive pain, arthralgia, pain on motion, motor control, etc., of a skeletal system to achieve functional restoration or promotion of health by applying physical stimulation to the vertebra of a living body and installed in a home to be simply used by a general person while receiving the advice of a physiotherapist or the like to obtain a treatment effect of a degree the same as by the treatment due to a curing expert.SOLUTION: The vertebra stimulating health device is constituted so as to apply physical stimulation to the treatment point on the vertebra of the living body and a large number of subulate or lateral plate-shaped projections 3 are provided so as to form a strip-like oppression surface 8 in a surface which connects the apexes or top ridges. The oppression surface is formed as a surface having no cavity in its width central part and the projections are made flexible.
