PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health appliance capable of stimulating a peripheral nerve of the palm by friction continuously for a long time with a simple and inexpensive configuration.SOLUTION: A health appliance 1 includes a planar stimulation part 2 having a convexoconcave surface 2a and attaching parts 4 and 5 provided at opposing ends of the planar stimulation part 2 respectively, and stimulates a peripheral nerve of the palm by friction with the convexoconcave surface 2a. The convexoconcave surface 2a is at least a surface of fabric, a surface of a natural product, or a surface of a chemical product.
