PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health appliance improving the effect of physical exercises for correct the distortion of a spine or the other portion of a body when performing the physical exercises.SOLUTION: This health appliance 1 includes a semicylindrical elastic part 11. The upper face of the elastic part 11 is formed with a groove D1 wherein the outer edge in a section perpendicular to the long direction of the elastic part 11 is concavely curved along a ridgeline parallel to the long direction. The lower face of the elastic part 11 is formed with a groove D2 wherein the outer edge in a section perpendicular to the long direction of the elastic part 11 is concavely curved along the elastic direction. The groove D1 and the groove D2 are formed, so that the spine of a user lying on the back and lying down on the health appliance 1 is held such that the spine is moderately pinched from the right and left, and small displacement between the spine and the health appliance 1 is absorbed and dissolved. The user in this state performs various physical exercises to correct the distortion of the body, wherein the spine is the center.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】脊椎その他の身体の部分の歪みを矯正するための体操を行う際にその効果を向上させる健康用具を提供する。【解決手段】健康用具1は、蒲鉾形の弾性部11を備えている。弾性部11の上面には、弾性部11の長手方向に平行な稜線に沿って、当該長手方向に垂直な断面における外縁が凹に湾曲している溝D1が設けられている。弾性部11の下面には、弾性部11の長手方向に沿って、当該長手方向に垂直な断面における外縁が凹に湾曲している溝D2が設けられている。溝D1および溝D2が設けられていることにより、健康用具1の上に仰向けになって乗ったユーザの脊椎が適度に左右から挟み込まれるようにホールドされるとともに、当該脊椎と健康用具1との小さなズレが吸収解消される。この状態のユーザが様々な体操を行なうことにより、脊椎を中心とした身体の歪みを矯正することができる。【選択図】図1
