PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist spraying device capable of adjusting an energizing amount according to a clean water flow rate without using a flow rate sensor or the like. SOLUTION: A mist nozzle for spraying clean water into a bathroom, a mist water passage for supplying clean water to the mist nozzle, and a heating means interposed in the mist water passage for heating the clean water. Heating in an electrolyzed water generating means interposed in a mist water passage for energizing clean water to generate electrolyzed water containing hypochlorite, and a mist spraying device having a control means for controlling spraying of clean water. The means is equipped with a heat exchanger that exchanges heat between hot water and clean water that circulates with an external heat source machine, and the electrolyzed water generating means is equipped with multiple electrodes that are immersed in clean water for energization and is controlled.
