PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image diagnosis device, an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus and a program by which the spatial position of the puncture needle can be grasped easily.SOLUTION: The three-dimensional spatial image generation section generates the three-dimensional spatial image in which two-dimensional medical image are placed in the three-dimensional space. The positional information acquisition device obtains the three-dimensional positional relationship in the three-dimensional space of the two-dimensional medical images with the medical device.
