Provided is a cannula fixing assembly for selectively engaging or separating cannula in a surgery system. According to the present invention, the cannula fixing assembly comprises: a housing including at least one opening part for receiving a part of a cannula； a locking plate including at least one opening part set to be engaged with a part of the cannula received in the at least one opening part of the housing； and a pressing means attached to a slot on the inner surface of the housing and coupled to the locking plate. The locking plate comprises an unlocking means disposed at one end part and the unlocking means is exposed to the outer surface of the housing. The pressing means biases the locking plate to facilitate engagement between the cannula and the cannula fixing assembly.
