PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a novel tea manufacturing steaming method and a novel tea manufacturing steaming device in which in a stage where a step of steaming tea leaves came to an end, that is, in a steaming machine, steam dew on a surface of the tea leaves can be removed.SOLUTION: The present invention includes a steamer 2 that includes an outer barrel 22 having a mild closed space, a rotation barrel 23 provided on the inner side thereof, and a steamer barrel 21 provided with a stirring axis 24 provided to the inside thereof, and a boiler 3 that supplies steaming treatment steam to the steamer 2, performs steaming treatment of tea leaves A, in which, while transferring the tea leaves A in a stirring state toward a tea leaves exit port 21B side from a tea leaves inlet port 21A side of the steaming barrel 21, treatment steam is applied to steam the tea leaves A, and, on the tea leaves exit port 21B side of the steam barrel 21, super heated steam is supplied to the inside of the steamer barrel 21 to bring into contact with steamed tea leaves A subjected to steaming treatment, and steam dew on a surface of the tea leaves is removed in the steam barrel 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 茶葉の蒸し工程が終わった段階、すなわち蒸機の中で茶葉表面の蒸し露を除去できるようにした新規な製茶蒸方法と製茶蒸装置の開発を技術課題とする。【解決手段】 本発明は、緩閉鎖空間を有する外胴22と、その内側に設けられる回転胴23と、この内部に設けられる撹拌軸24とを具えた蒸し胴21を有する蒸機2と、蒸機2に蒸し用の処理蒸気を供給するボイラー3とを具え、茶葉Aを蒸し処理するものであり、蒸し胴21の茶葉入口21A側から茶葉出口21B側に向かって撹拌状態に茶葉Aを移送しながら、処理蒸気を作用させ、茶葉Aを蒸し処理するとともに、蒸し胴21の茶葉出口21B側において、蒸し胴21内に過熱蒸気を供給し、蒸し処理を受けた茶葉Aと接触させ、茶葉表面の蒸し露の除去を蒸し胴21内で行うようにしたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
