PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide treatment equipment in which a mechanism capable of stopping and accurately positioning a rack holding a workpiece when storing the rack into a treatment tank can be achieved with a simple structure and can be stably used over a long period.SOLUTION: Treatment equipment 1 includes a treatment tank 110 which stores a rack 2 holding a workpiece and executes a predetermined treatment process. The treatment tank 110 includes: an entrance port 112 for making the rack 2 enter in a predetermined direction； an exit port 122 for making the rack exit； a stopper 162 which is provided more inside the entrance port 112, and in which the rear-side frame 204 of the rack 2 comes in contact with a predetermined part 162a to stop entering of the rack 2； and a release part 166 for releasing the contact by moving the predetermined part 162a of the stopper 162 downward from the rear-side frame 204. The rack 2 has a notch 206a for avoiding contact with the stopper 162 at a position on the same line in an advance direction with respect to a contact position of the rear-side frame 204 with the stopper 162 in the front-side frame 206.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
