PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam sterilizer equally mixing a fluid product to be sterilized and sterilization steam in a sterilization process of the fluid product, performing even heat sterilization, and preventing occurrence of clogging caused by stagnation of the fluid product.SOLUTION: This steam sterilizer is wholly formed in an almost cylindrical form, and has a fluid product feed port 11 and a steam feed port 13 in the diameter direction, and a fluid product sterilizing part 17 on a downstream end of a fluid product. Furthermore, the steam sterilizer includes the steam feed port, a body part 21, an external sleeve 23 which is set with a steam delivery port-opening closing part which can adjust a steam outflow, and a fluid product delivery port, and an internal sleeve which circulates the fluid product into a void part between the external sleeve, and is set with a fluid product delivery port-opening closing part which can adjust a fluid product outflow, on a downstream end of the fluid product.
