The invention provides a method and system facilitating a user to manage data exchange equipment. A user login push-button is configured on the data exchange equipment. The method comprises the following steps: S1.) the data exchange equipment detects that a user presses the user login push-button according to a predefined rule; S2.) the user logs into the data exchange equipment by any user name and password; and S3.) the data exchange equipment directly authorizes login of the user. In certain circumstance, the data exchange equipment according to the embodiment of the invention no longer checks the user name and password of the login user again and directly authorizes the login to the user, facilitating a user to manage the data exchange equipment.
