PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article with improved vertical diffusibility of body fluid, absorption speed, leak prevention performance, liquid return performance, and fitness.SOLUTION: An absorbent article has a top sheet, a back sheet, and an absorber. The absorber has a plurality of projection three-dimensional shape parts in a linear shape extending along a longitudinal direction. The projection three-dimensional shape parts are provided at both end parts in a width direction of the absorber one each to form a leak preventive wall. Each of the projection three-dimensional shape parts has a dimension in the width direction of 3 mm or more and 30 mm or less, a height of 2 mm or more and 10 mm or less, and a length of 80% or more of the total length in the longitudinal direction of the absorber.
