PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a more simplified evaluation relating to protein specific to a neurodegenerative disease.SOLUTION: In an optical measuring method using an optical measuring device 1, spectral information on diffuse reflective light to be emitted from the subject 3 is obtained by emitting near-infrared light from a near-infrared light source 10, and a composition ratio of neurodegenerative-disease-specific protein on a body surface of the subject is calculated on the basis of the spectral information. Since the spectral information on the near-infrared light can be obtained in a non-invasive manner, the burden on the subject can be reduced significantly and a simplified evaluation is realized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】神経変性疾患に対して特異的なタンパク質に係る評価をより簡便に行うことを可能とする。【解決手段】光学測定装置1を用いた光学測定方法では、近赤外光源10から近赤外光を照射することで、前記被検体5から出射される拡散反射光のスペクトル情報を取得し、前記スペクトル情報に基づいて、神経変性疾患に特異的なタンパク質の前記被検体の体表面における組成比を算出する。近赤外光のスペクトル情報の取得は非侵襲で実施することができるため、被検体における負担を大きく減らすことができ、簡便な評価が可能となる。【選択図】図1
