PURPOSE: A method for making Seokgyulmyounghwan is provided to safely and easily take in Seokgyulmyoung(abalone shell powder).CONSTITUTION: A method for making Seokgyulmyounghwan comprises: a step of dipping abalone shells in seawater for 10 days and washing with a brush(S1) a step of heating the Seokgyulmyoung at 500°C for two or more hours and pulverzing(S2) and a step of mixing 51% of Seokgyulmyoung, 25% of sea tangle, 18% of Hizikia fusiformis (Harvey) Okamura, and 6% of abalone intestine to make Seokgyulmyounghwan(S3).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 상기의 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 석결명을 분말형태가 아닌 환의 형태로 제조함으로서 보다 안전하고 손쉽게 섭식할 수 있는 식품 제조를 목적으로 본 발명에 의한 석결명환 제조방법은 석결명에 있을 수 있는 이물질을 완전히 제거하는 세척단계 초미립분쇄기를 이용하여 석결명환의 원료로서 가장 최적화된 석결명 분말을 제조하는 분쇄단계 석결명 분말과 다시마, 톳을 적당량 혼합하여 환으로 제조하는 환제조단계로 구성되어, 본 발명에 의한 석결명환에 의하면 석결명을 섭식할 수 있으며 보관, 운반에 유용하며, 중금속류와 위해미생물이 검출되지 않아 더욱 안전하게 석결명을 섭취할 수 있다.
