PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT device capable of automatically carrying out imaging switching and injection switching in a proper timing, obtaining excellent image quality and reducing the injection amount of contrasting agent and to provide a contrast imaging method.SOLUTION: Monitoring imaging of an area D1 for switching imaging is carried out before actual imaging. A system control unit 126 determines whether or not contrast agent reaches the area D1 for switching imaging based on image data obtained by the monitoring imaging and decides an imaging switching timing to the actual imaging.
