PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oleaginous confectionery containing a water-containing core, which is producible without adding a new procedure to a preparation process and free from deterioration of taste and palatability.SOLUTION: The whole faces of the oleaginous confectionery are covered with a crust of an oleaginous confectionery dough. The thickness of the formed crust increases toward the center part of the face. There is further provided a method for producing the confectionery.
