The present invention relates to a hydroxyapatite and/or tricalcium phosphate powder characterized in that it has undergone at least one sintering step at a temperature between 400°C and 600°C. The invention also relates to a process for preparing such a powder, and to a composition comprising such a powder for use as an anti-tumour auto-vaccine and particularly in the treatment of the following pathological conditions: osteosarcoma, B or T lymphoma, mammary tumour, melanoma, haemangiosarcoma, mastocytoma, fibrosarcoma, brain tumours and schwannoma in a subject. The present invention also covers a drug combination comprising the composition of the invention and at least one second therapeutic agent, preferably an anti-tumour agent and/or a radiotherapeutic agent.La présente invention concerne une poudre dhydroxyapatite et/ou de phosphate tricalcique caractérisée en ce quelle a subi au moins une étape de frittage à une température comprise entre 400°C et 600°C. Linvention concerne également un procédé de préparation dune telle poudre, une composition comprenant une telle poudre pour son utilisation comme autovaccin anti-tumoral et particulièrement dans le traitement des pathologies suivantes : Ostéosarcome, lymphome B ou T, tumeur mammaire, mélanome, hémangiosarcome, mastocytome, fibrosarcome, tumeurs cérébrales, schwanome chez un sujet. La présente invention couvre également une association médicamenteuse comprenant la composition de linvention et au moins un second agent thérapeutique, de préférence un agent anti¬ tumoral et/ou un agent radio-thérapeutique.
