PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retardation film laminate that is substantially free from curling.SOLUTION: The retardation film laminate includes an A-layer formed of a first resin (A) comprising a polymer having an alicyclic structure, a B-layer formed of a second resin (B) comprising a polymer having an alicyclic structure, and a C-layer comprising a thermoplastic resin (C) and peelable from the B-layer, in this order. When glass transition temperatures of the first resin (A), the second resin (B) and the thermoplastic resin (C) are denoted by TgA, TgB and TgC, respectively, these temperatures satisfy TgA+10°C≤TgB and TgA-10°C≤TgC≤TgA+10°C.
