PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retardation film laminate which has excellent adhesiveness and can be made thin.SOLUTION: The retardation film laminate includes: a substrate layer formed of a first resin (B) comprising a polymer having an alicyclic structure; and a coat layer formed on a surface of the substrate layer. The coat layer is formed by applying and drying a solution, which is prepared by dissolving a second resin (A) comprising a polymer having an alicyclic structure in an organic solvent, on the surface of the substrate layer. The glass transition temperature TgB (°C) of the first resin (B), the glass transition temperature TgA (°C) of the second resin (A), the total thickness T (μm) of the substrate layer and the coat layer, and the thickness Ta (μm) of the coat layer satisfy TgA+10°C≤TgB and Ta<0.03×T.
