An ultraviolet light source (78) is provided inside the joint portion (15), and the straight portion (73) is made of an ultraviolet light transmitting resin. An ultraviolet light reflecting portion (79) is provided at a portion of the interior of the joint portion (15) which does not face the inner peripheral portion (46) in the radial direction.
