The second inner water outlets are disposed on the surface of the inner tube and opposite the first inner water outlets, in which the second inner water outlets are arranged along an extending of the inner tube. The green wall disposed between the base and the water-outlet tube includes a backboard, a frame, and a water-filtering layer. The frame is disposed on a surface of the backboard.
