PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath agent mixing device that can be used with shower equipment and realizing a convenient form of health bath.SOLUTION: The bath agent mixing device comprises: a housing 2 including a bath agent mixing cavity 3 in the inside； a water inlet provided on the housing and communicating with the bath agent mixing cavity； a bath agent charging hole provided on the housing and communicating with the bath agent mixing cavity； a water outlet provided on the housing； and a negative pressure pipe 7 that is disposed in the housing, one end of which extends to a lower portion in the bath agent mixing cavity and the other end of which communicates with the water outlet. The operation state of the bath agent mixing device includes a water storage state and a water delivery state. When the bath agent mixing device is in the water storage state, the water inlet is opened and the water outlet is closed. When the bath agent mixing device is in the water delivery state, the water inlet is closed and the water outlet is opened.
