This invention relates to a fishing sinker device having a detachment structure. A sinker component has a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is fixedly provided with a plurality of elastic bars and the other end of each elastic bar is movably disposed on the opposite other end of the sinker component, so as to make the elastic bars surroundingly disposed to the periphery of the sinker component. A outward expanding section is respectively formed between the two ends of each elastic bar, so as to make the outward expanding sections of the elastic bars form a protective net enclosure surrounding the sinker component. When in use, the two ends of the sinker component are respectively connected with the fishline of the fishing rod end and the fishline of the fishhook end.
