The extending stem (21, 21A, 21B, 21C, 21D, 21E) is formed on the body (10, 10A, 10B, 10C, 10D, 10E) and has a free end (211, 211A, 211B, 211C, 211D, 211E) opposite to the body (10, 10A, 10B, 10C, 10D, 10E).
