PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stair lift apparatus maintaining the inclined state of a platform portion during going up and down stairs without using an especially complicated mechanism, and reduced in size to improve turning performance during travel on a flat place.SOLUTION: The stair lift apparatus includes a pair of right and left suspending frames for suspending a platform portion on which a wheelchair is mounted, and a gantry frame for turnably supporting the suspending frame on both right and left sides of a crawler driving portion. The platform portion has a double floor structure, and is provided with an adjustment mechanism for adjusting a relative positional relationship between the floors.
