The propolis oral disintegrating film of the present invention has the advantage of being easy to consume because the propolis extract is contained in a solid content (%) of 40 to 61% by weight, excellent releasability and flexibility, less stickiness, and short disintegration time.본 발명은 물에 대한 용해도가 낮아 분산이 어려운 특징이 있으므로 높은 고형분 함량으로 구강붕해필름에 첨가되기 어려운 프로폴리스 추출물을 하이드록시프로필메틸셀룰로스, 펙틴, 풀루란, 변성전분, 및 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스-칼슘의 비율이 조절된 필름형성 기제에 분산시켜 필름형성 조액을 제조하고 이를 하부코팅 필름에 도포 및 건조하는 방법으로 프로폴리스 구강붕해필름을 제조하였다. 본 발명의 프로폴리스 구강붕해필름은 프로폴리스 추출물이 고형분 함량(%) 40 내지 61 중량%로 포함되어 있음에도 이형성 및 유연성이 우수하고 끈적임이 적으며 붕해 시간이 짧아 섭취가 간편한 장점이 있다.
