PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high purity, high safety method for producing refined liver oil containing high unit vitamins having no fishy smell and also free from heavy metals and arsenic.SOLUTION: A liver (not shown in figure) taken out from the viscera of a marine animal is made into a fine particle liquid by the fine particle pulverizer of a first tank 1, the fine particle liquid stored in a second tank 2, the fine particle liquid is left in a short time in the second tank, the fine particle liquid is separated into an oily material and the residue, further, it is stored in a frozen state in a third tank 3, only pure oily matter is extracted, it is transferred to a fourth tank 4, the oily matter is repeatedly filtered by a filtering machine, and further, it is subjected to stirring treatment together with active carbon of fine particles by a stirring machine in a fifth tank 5 to produce refined liver oil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】生臭味のない高単位のビタミンを含有し、且つ重金属及びヒ素が除去された、高純度で安全性の高い精製肝油の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】海産動物の内蔵から取出した肝臓(不図示)を第1槽1の微粒子粉砕機によりを微粒子液にし、この微粒子液を第2槽2に溜め、この第2槽において微粒子液を短時間放置し、微粒子液を油状物と残物とに分離させ、更に第3槽3で冷凍の状態で溜め、純粋な油状物のみを抽出し、第4槽4へ移し、この油状物を濾過機で繰返し濾過し、更に第5槽5の攪拌機にて粒子の細かい活性炭と一緒に撹拌処理することにより精製肝油を製造する。【選択図】図1
