PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water absorptive polymer particles that are excellent in absorption properties, liquid permeability, or the like, an absorbent article having the water absorptive polymer particles as a constituent member, and a method for improving a liquid permeation speed under a pressure of the water absorptive polymer particles.SOLUTION: (1) Water absorptive polymer particles contain the following components (A),(B), and (C), and a ratio of the content of the component (C) to the content of the component (B) is 30 mol% or more and 150 mol% or less. An average diameter of the particle is 50 μm or more and 1000 μm or less. The component (A) is a cross-linked polymer component having an anionic group. The component (B) is a primary amine component having a hydrocarbon group with 6 or more and 30 or less carbon atoms.
