PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solubilized cosmetic in which components slightly soluble in water is solubilized without involving stickiness in use, and which has excellent storage stability in a wide temperature range.SOLUTION: The solubilized cosmetic is provided which contains the components (a)-(d): (a) one or more kinds selected from polyglyceryl fatty acid ester and/or sucrose fatty acid ester (b) one or more kinds selected from polyoxyethylene phytosterol ether (c) one or more kinds selected from components slightly soluble in water and (d) water, and in which the total content of the component (a) and component (b) is 0.1-2.0 wt.%, the content of the component (a) is equal to or more than that of the component (b), and the content of the component (b) is 0.01 wt.% or more.
