PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing spinning reel capable of compatibly improving attachment strength of a lid member and miniaturizing a body.SOLUTION: A fishing spinning reel 100 comprises: a reel body 1 including a body 10 in which a side opening part 13 is formed and a pole attachment part is provided at the upper part thereof, and a lid member 30 which blocks the side opening part 13 and rotatably supports a handle shaft 5； a spool reciprocation device 70 which is housed in the body 10. The lid member 30 itself is screwed in the side opening part 13 to be tightened and fixed. The spool reciprocation device 70 comprises: a slider 72 which is connected to the rear part of a spool shaft 8； and a driving member 74 to which the slider 72 is engaged and which is rotated by rotational motion of the handle shaft 5 to perform reciprocating-motion of the slider 72 in the front-back direction. A center of rotation O2 of the driving member 74 is arranged in the side of the pole attachment part of the body 10 relative to a center of rotation O1 of the handle shaft 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
