PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drape for leg opening which is capable of covering an affected part (a hip joint part), its periphery, and both of the legs, even if being used for a surgery where the legs are moved vertically and horizontally, with the legs opened, such as the surgery performed from the vagina in gynecology, and prevents the drape from floating even if the legs of a patient are highly raised.SOLUTION: This drape for leg opening, used for covering the hip joint part of the patient with the legs opened, includes a ground fabric, and two leg fabrics for separately covering both of the legs of the patient, wherein the ground fabric has an open window portion at a position located at the hip joint part of the patient, and cut portions having a truncated chevron shape.
