A tissue retractor assembly comprising: a cannula defining an axis and a distal end, a clamp engaged to releasably relative to the distal end of the cannula, wherein the clamp includes (i) a first and a second tissue grip tab, and (ii ) a locking ring for fixing, with the possibility of separation, of the first and second legs relative to each other； a latch engaged with the possibility of separation, relative to the distal end of the cannula, while the latch includes a housing and at least two pointed tabs, adapted to move between a first position and a second locking position； a surgical thread interconnected with the clamp and the clamp to facilitate the movement of the clamp relative to the clamp. 2. The tissue retractor assembly of claim 1, wherein the at least two pointed legs are made of stainless steel. 3. The tissue retractor assembly of claim 1, wherein the at least two pointed paws are anatomically positioned in a first position and the at least two pointed paws are automatically moved to a second position when released from the distal end of the cannula. The tissue retractor assembly of claim 1, wherein one or more of the at least two pointed legs include denticles on its distal surface.
