PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drape for surgery in a position with legs apart which can cover an affected part (hip joint part), its surrounding part, and both legs of a patient even if the drape is used for surgery, including surgery performed from the vagina in gynecology, in which the legs are moved from side to side and up and down in a position with the legs apart, and which does not be lifted up even if the legs of the patient are highly raised.SOLUTION: A drape for surgery in a position with legs apart which covers the hip joint part of a patient in a position with the legs apart includes a base cloth and two leg cloths for separately covering both of the legs of the patient. The base cloth has an open window part in a position corresponding to the hip joint part of the patient, and has slit parts having a truncated chevron shape.
