PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging system equipped with an easy-to-use intraoral camera that captures a clear image and a wide-range image.SOLUTION: The intraoral imaging system includes: a hand-held case in which an imaging unit formed by combining an illumination member with an imaging member is disposed at a leading end, and a hollow reflection member to be detachably mounted on the imaging unit and having a mirror surface reflecting illumination light of the illumination member to illuminate a bioligical object and transmitting an illuminated tissue surface to the imaging member when mounted, which is disposed at a predetermined angle.
