The instrument body 8 comprises: a projection optical system 20 that projects slit light a first imaging optical system 30 that has Scheimpflug camera and captures a cross-sectional image of an anterior ocular segment a second imaging optical system 90 capturing an anterior ocular segment front image from a front direction by a second imaging element an optical member that is disposed on an optical path of the slit projection optical system 20 and the second imaging optical system 90, reflects the slit light and transmits the reflected light from the anterior ocular segment front face and a rotating means 100 that integrally rotates the slit projection optical system 20, the optical member, and the first imaging optical system 30 about a projection optical axis with it used as a center. The optical correction means comprises a correcting optical member 91 that is disposed on the optical path of the second imaging optical system 90 for correcting an optical axis deviation of the second imaging optical system generated by the rotation of the optical member, and rotates the correcting optical member 91 along with the rotating operation of the rotating means. The anterior ocular segment measuring instrument measures the anterior ocular segment tissue based on respective anterior ocular segment cross-sectional images captured at a plurality of rotating angles.
