PURPOSE: A live fish distribution center system and operation method thereof are provided to increase marketability through normalization and standardization of live fish by shipping the live fish after managing the fish in optimum state. CONSTITUTION: A selecting unit(100) selects the live fish. A tag unit(200) obtains farming history per live fish. A fish tank unit(300) stores the live fish which is divided by the selecting unit in a plurality of fish tanks. A managing unit(400) generates management environment of each fish tank according to a preset management modes according to each fish tank. A shipment unit(500) additionally obtains management history information per live fish.본 발명은 활어 물류센터 시스템 및 이의 운영 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 양식 어가(漁家) 별로 양성된 활어를 한 곳으로 집하시켜 최적의 상태로 관리한 후 출하시킴으로써 활어의 표준화 및 규격화를 이루어 상품성을 높이고, 출하시 활어마다 양식이력정보가 입력된 태그를 고정시켜 소비자에게 식품에 대한 안전성을 보장할 수 있는 활어 물류센터 시스템 및 이의 운영 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 공동생산으로 특화된 양식 어가들의 활어를 물류센터를 통해 공동출하하여 양식 어가 간의 출하 불균형을 조정하고 해당 생산자단체의 상품에 대한 브랜드화를 기하여 마케팅적 가치를 얻을 수 있는 효과가 있다.
