PURPOSE: A hydroxyl group generating apparatus is provided to increase the dissolved amount of ozone by uniformly discharging ozone in pulverized water and to increase the dissolved amount of hydroxyl group by pressurizing and discharging the water with dissolved ozone. CONSTITUTION: A pulverizing part(130) pulverizes and discharges water. A mixing part(140) mixes and discharges pulverized water and ozone. The water with dissolved ozone is pressurized and discharged to generate hydroxyl group in water by a pressurizing part(150). A vapor-liquid separating part(160) receives water with dissolved hydroxyl group and non-dissolved ozone in water to separate the water and the ozone to be discharged. A purifying part(170) purifies ozone from the vapor-liquid separating part. Remaining ozone in the pressurizing part is re-introduced into the mixing part.수산기 발생장치가 개시된다. 상기 수산기 발생장치는 물분자를 분쇄한 후, 물속에 오존을 골고루 토출시키므로, 많은 양의 오존이 물속에 용존된다. 그리고, 오존이 용존된 물을 가압시켜 토출하므로, 많은 양의 수산기가 물속에 생성된다. 따라서, 10ppm의 용존 오존수 보다 월등한 살균 및 소독의 효과가 있으므로, 효율이 우수하다.그리고, 물속에 용존된 수산기는 소정 시간 경과 후, 물로 환원되므로 친환경적이다. 그리고, 배출되는 물에는 수산기만 용존되어 있고, 오존은 정화부에서 산소로 변화되어 배출되므로, 냄새가 발생하지 않는다.
