PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a venous return promotion apparatus which can effectively promote a blood flow and prevent generation of thrombus or the like.SOLUTION: A venous return promotion apparatus 1 stimulates a part of a body by giving vibration generated by a vibrator 5 to promote a blood flow. The venous return promotion apparatus 1 includes: a touching part 2 to touch on a part of a lower limb of the body a first vibration generation part to drive the touching part 2 into simple harmonic motion in a touching direction between the touching part 2 and the part of the lower limb and a second vibration generation part to drive the touching part 2 into simple harmonic motion in a direction orthogonally crossing a vibration direction of the first vibration generation part that is a direction along the part of the lower limb touched by the touching part 2.
