Disclosed are a method for analyzing the neural transmission of basil ganglia neural circuits and a method for searching for substances that affect the neural transmission of the basil ganglia neural circuits. By using a transgenic nonhuman animal in which direct pathways and/or indirect pathways from among the basil ganglia neural circuits have been blocked, it is possible to analyze the neural transmission of the basil ganglia neural circuits and search for substances that affect the neural transmission of the basil ganglia neural circuits.
