PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rehabilitation system capable of coping with troubles while it is needed to transform visual coordinates to movement coordinates in the brain and control the movement of an arm in order to reach a target indicated by the visual coordinates in the case of performing the action of stretching a hand to a target position while obtaining information by vision, and disturbance of body image and a visuospatial disorder that obstruct the needs may appear in a cerebral stroke.SOLUTION: As shown in fig. 8, by embedding a display in a rehabilitation training table, the need of coordinate transformation of visual information from vertical to horizontal in the brain is eliminated. While looking at the embedded type display, the gripping part of a rehabilitation training system is moved and the movement of the upper limb disabled due to the cerebral stroke or the like is learned again. Also, the method of embedding the display in the training table, introducing a display vertical to the training table further, making the vertical display indicate a distant view and making the horizontal display indicate a near view is proposed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】視覚により情報を得ながら、目標の位置に手先を伸ばす動作を行う場合を考える。視覚の座標で表された目標へ到達するには、脳の中で視覚座標から運動座標に変換し、腕の運動を制御する必要がある。脳卒中ではこれらを妨げる身体図式障害や視空間性障害が出現することがある。これらの障害に対応できるリハビリテーションシステムを提供する。【解決手段】図8に示すように、リハビリ訓練テーブルにディスプレイを埋め込むことにより、視覚情報の脳の中での垂直から水平への座標変換の必要を無くす。埋め込み型ディスプレイを見ながらリハビリ訓練システムの把持部を動かし、脳卒中等で障害を受けた上肢の運動の再学習を行う。また、訓練テーブルにディスプレイを埋め込み、さらに訓練テーブルに垂直なディスプレイも導入し、垂直ディスプレイが遠景を表し,水平ディスプレイが近景を表すという方法も提案。【選択図】図8
