The present invention relates to the technical field of pharmaceuticals, and specifically relates to a paclitaxel palmitate liposome and preparation method thereof. The paclitaxel palmitate is obtained by an esterification of a 2 hydroxy group of paclitaxel with palmitic acid, and is regarded as a paclitaxel prodrug. The prodrug can be used to address an issue of poor fat solubility of paclitaxel and poor pharmaceutical manufacturability of a nano-scale formulation of the paclitaxel. The invention performed, according to unique physical and chemical properties of the paclitaxel palmitate, a compatibility study for a composition and preparation technique of a formulation. The paclitaxel palmitate liposome provided by the invention does not contain polyethoxylated castor oil, is safe and reliable, and can be prepared using simple techniques.La présente invention concerne le domaine technique des produits pharmaceutiques, et concerne spécifiquement un liposome de palmitate de paclitaxel et le procédé de préparation de ce dernier. Le palmitate de paclitaxel est obtenu par estérification dun groupement hydroxy en 2 du paclitaxel par lacide palmitique, et est considéré comme un promédicament du paclitaxel. Le promédicament peut être utilisé pour résoudre le problème de la faible liposolubilité du paclitaxel et du fait que le paclitaxel est peu propice à la fabrication pharmaceutique dune formulation à léchelle nanométrique. Linvention a réalisé, selon les propriétés physiques et chimiques uniques du palmitate de paclitaxel, une étude de compatibilité pour une composition et une technique de préparation dune formulation. Le liposome de palmitate de paclitaxel fourni par linvention ne contient pas dhuile de ricin polyéthoxylée, est sûr et fiable, et peut être préparé à laide de techniques simples.
